How We Recycle

 

Surplus Coatings recycles all forms of powder coatings; spray to waste, reclaimed, excess, off-spec, expired, or unwanted powder coatings. Analyzing and isolating the raw materials is the first step that makes it possible to recycle powder coating that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

 

Analysis of the powder coatings determines its recycling journey. The powder is then segregated so that it may be recycled within the most efficient and least expensive manner. The segregated material is then either re-manufactured, blended or mixed to be used in a variety of new products.
