All powder coating received by Surplus Coatings is processed first by analysis and segregation. Analysis of powder coatings categorizes the value of the powder and determines its recycling journey. Once the category is determined the powder is segregated so that it may be recycled within the most efficient and least expensive manner. The segregated material is then either re-manufactured, blended or mixed into a proprietary formula to be used in a wide variety of new products.
